Beef Stir-Fry
Recipe type: Phase 1 FasTrac
Serves: 4
  • Cooking spray
  • ⅛ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb lean steak, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 4 stalks celery, sliced
  • 1 head napa cabbage, shredded
  • ¼ cup Braggs Liquid Aminos
  • ¼ cup water
  1. Spray a light coat of cooking spray to wok or large skillet.
  2. Add crushed red pepper and garlic and sauté over medium high heat for one minute.
  3. Add steak and cook until it is no longer pink.
  4. Remove steak and garlic and add another coat of cooking spray to the pan.
  5. Add onion and celery and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Then add the cabbage and cook another 2 minutes.
  6. Return the steak and garlic and stir in Liquid Aminos and water and cook until heated thoroughly.
