Beef & Broccoli w/Cauiflower “Rice”
Recipe type: Phase 1 FasTrac
  • 1lb sirloin cut into ½inch cubes
  • 2 cups Broccoli
  • 2 cups cauliflower
  • 2Tbs Braggs Aminos
  • 8oz mushrooms sliced
  • ½ small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup water, divided into quarters
  • red chili flakes to taste
  1. : brown meat in a pan with salt, pepper, onions, mushrooms, garlic, and chili flakes
  2. : steam broccoli and cauliflower. When they are done steaming, rice the cauliflower
  3. : add broccoli to meat, then add Braggs Aminos and ¼ cup of water. Put lid on pan to steam. When it reduces, add another ¼ cup. When you get to the last ¼ cup add the Riced Cauliflower.
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions
