Balsamic Glazed Brussel Sprouts
  • Brussel Sprouts
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ⅛ tsp Freshly Ground Pepper
  • ⅛ tsp Celtic Salt
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Spritz of Olive Oil Spray
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Clean and half Brussel Sprouts.
  3. Put Brussel Sprouts in sprayed casserole dish.
  4. Add Garlic Powder, Pepper and Salt then mix.
  5. Taste to make sure seasonings are right.
  6. Spray Olive Oil on top.
  7. Bake until Brussel Sprouts are slightly under cooked. Soft but still hard. Usually do the next part the next day.
  8. Let Brussels Sprouts cool.
  9. On medium heat in shallow pan, spray Olive Oil and add Brussel Sprouts.
  10. Put flat part facing down. Add Balsamic Vinegar and cook until vinegar starts to caramelize. Make sure to watch so doesn’t burn.
