Baked Curried White Fish
Serves: 1
  • 6 oz - your choice of white fish
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 serving Melba toast crumbs or crushed Nut Thins
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic crushed and minced
  • ⅛ teaspoon onion powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon curry powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley
  1. Combine dry spices and cracker crumbs.
  2. Dip fish into crumbs and spice mixture to coat thoroughly.
  3. Broil fish until fish is cooked and herbed crumb mixture is slightly brown.
  4. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh parsley.
