Ingredients
  • 3 lbs of Apples, cored, leave the peel on. (I like Fuji),
  • ½ cup of water
Instructions
  1. Place in Electric Pressure Cooker, set on High, 4 minutes, let pressure release naturally. When pressure is completely released I blend with an Emersion Blender (they are cheap and I use it for a lot of things). Eat while warm or cool in fridge and enjoy. I also add Blueberries. Strawberries, raspberries, blackberries whatever fruit your Phase allows. The ½ cup of water, High, 4 minutes and natural pressure release stay the same.
