Apple Chips
  • 2 apples (Honeycrisp, Gala or Fuji are great but Granny Smiths work as well)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  1. Preheat oven to 200°F.
  2. Slice apples as thin as possible using a mandolin (make sure seeds are removed).
  3. On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, lay apples evenly and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  4. Bake for 1 hour, then remove tray, flip apples over and bake for another hour. Once crisp, remove and allow to cool. Store in airtight container.
